Their pinsa base made from a special Italian flour blend is an exquisite creation, handcrafted from a wholesome dough consisting of 80% water and 20% flour creating a very light dough. This dough undergoes a 72-hour proofing process, resulting in a flawless base that boasts a soft interior and a crispy exterior. Such a foundation provides the ideal canvas for a variety of delectable gourmet toppings, making it perfect for indulging in your favorite flavors.
Savor the following delectable “Pinsa Slice of the Day” lineup at Piazza designed to fulfill your week with a variety of delicious pinsas with amazing offers! Starting with Mexicana Mondays for your Monday blues. Tuesdays have a rich explosion of succulent chicken and aromatic pesto and can be savored with their Pesto Chicken Pinsa.
Wednesdays is for their signature Fiery Paneer Pinsa which will add a spicy kick to your midweek cravings. On Friday, start off the weekend on a high with their iconic Truffle Mushroom and Goat Cheese Pinsa.
