Having arrived in the UAE in 2012 to establish Universal Blue Ocean Consultant on Khalid Bin Waleed Road, Mr. Bista quickly recognized a missing piece in the local dining scene: a truly authentic Nepalese culinary experience paired with a warm, service-driven ambiance.
“During many of our business meetings, I would search for a place to take clients where they could enjoy quality Nepalese and Indian cuisine—but nothing quite fit the bill,” says Mr. Bista. “That gap inspired me to create a space that not only serves delicious food but also shares the story and soul of our culture.”
