Chef Kuvam’s Journey: Chef Kuvam Sharma’s passion for food began in 2017 when he transitioned from a career in architecture to pursue his true calling in the culinary arts. As one of the first chefs to introduce private supper clubs in Dubai, Chef Kuvam has redefined the dining experience, offering immersive cultural adventures where storytelling and artistry meet on the plate.
